What You Need to Bring to Pick-Up
To ensure a smooth pick-up process, make sure to have the following:
- Identification: A valid passport or national ID card is required.
- Driver’s License: All drivers must present a valid driver’s license.
- Credit Card: A credit card under the main driver’s name is needed to secure the booking and hold the security deposit.

Accepted Proof of Driving
Different requirements apply depending on whether you're a local or international driver:
- International Visitors:
- Your original driver’s license along with an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- For IDP details, check with the traffic authority in your home country or refer to our International Driving Permit guide.
- Local Drivers (Malaysia): A valid Malaysian driver’s license is sufficient for local drivers.
Credit Card Requirements

- A credit card in the main driver’s name is required.
- The card must be a chip card with embossed numbers.
- Ensure your card has sufficient funds to cover the security deposit.

Rented several times already. Great location if you are dropping off from KLIA Transit Bandar Tasik Station or TBS bus terminal. Because it's a small company run by staff who knows each other well, they are responsive, easy going and flexible. Most of their lower end cars are not in new condition but fully serviceable which I like because they are cheaper to rent and less conspicuous.
The Car Rental service is great !! Staff is so helpful and understanding. They make process so simple and help us as foreigner easy to rent the car. Information given is good and the price is the cheapest one among all...👍🏼
