Highly recommended experience! I booked through the website, which was super easy, and they delivered the car to my hotel at the agreed time. The gentleman explained everything before we left, and the whole process was very easy and straightforward. We had the car for a week to travel around Malaysia. It was a Perodua Alza and it was in perfect condition. For the return, they came to pick it up again from the hotel where we were staying. They took some photos of the outside, did a quick check, and then took it away. I was able to communicate with them via WhatsApp, which was very convenient since I don’t have a Malaysian phone number. A few days later, they refunded my deposit. Highly recommended!

I need my deposit back Update : I rented 4 july, returned on 27 july. 23 days. .When returning, I did check in advance if you are OK with the low fuel level. You had no comment. After a 10 days, you only raised the concern. It is a trick. RM120 to top up the fuel? U can keep the money. I buy a bad experience, u got a 1 star.
