I am extremely impressed with the service I received from this car rental company. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was wonderful, the counter staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. The car was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and perfect for my trip. They were very patient in answering all my questions, including explaining the driving rules in their country, which made me feel confident and safe. They also helped me make adjustments to my booking with no stress at all. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and exceptional customer care!

I must say we were abit aprehensive hiring a car with MJ adventure in the begining as it is our first time. Also it was booked from discovery car hire site which required part payment agreement. We never done this way before. Now we have had first hand experience of it, we definately recommend this company. The service has proven to be seemless, the process was sleek and well thought of in the provision of secure payment (once you pay up on collection, an instance email confirmation will be received. They also provide you with the details of when was the last car service scheduled) and pre and post collection of the car . The car conditon was reasonably good, clean and as advertised (preview of the registration and milleage of the car was sent via whatapps ). Registration was 5 yrs old and it has done about 50,000 miles which is OK. Only thing we would advise is not just for this car hire but any car hire you make make sure you do a comprehensive video of the condition of the car to avoid any findings of scratches or faults afterwards (in this case there were signs of scratches and front bumper cracked) before signing the agreements. We felt at ease to point all this out to the person who delivered the car. He answered all our questions professionally, patiently and politely. There were little mechanical issues with the car locking system which did not work on the remote control so we had to manually manage it. This was discovered after the payment, so we notified them via whatapps and got instance reply. Be expectant of 3 to 7 days for the deposit to be processed which is now on 4th day and my account shows that it is being refunded under pending. So all in all it was a smooth process, good and uneventful drive to Malacca and Penang which were quite along distance, and satisfying experience. Also, the dropped off process at the airport was easy enough with clear instructions being sent to whatapps 24hrs before returning the car. So hence, we will certainly make future bookings with MJ adventure. The price was approx £16 /RM 85 per day with comprehensive car insurrance and free one added driver. Best price and experience so far in comparison to our past car rental bookings.

Really enjoyable experience with MJ Adventure Travel. Happy with the car and glad they allow ferry travel to allow me to take the car to Langkawi Island. Really good communications with them over WhatsApp.
